Bun Bang Fai’s tradition is a local one in the northeast. At Nong Chok, the Khlong Takrao Subdistrict Tha Takiap District were primarily immigrants from the northeast who migrated to take over land. Rocket Festival Tradition in Ban Nong Chok

There is a rocket parade contest that requires at least 10 participants or more. Every parade will have beautiful and impressive rockets. The following day will have a contest to bring the rockets to the top. which had a large number of participants that were sent to compete from 9 am-7 am, the victor of every contest would receive money and a trophy. Every event will have a large number of participants that are spread across the country.

Tourism Boost

Today, the event continues the rocket tradition of the Khlong Takeru Sub district Administrative Organization, this organization is supported by the Chachoengsao Provincial Administrative Organization in terms of funding.

As a result, a larger celebration was planned to maintain the tradition. and making it a tourist destination in the region, including promoting occupations that provide income to the locals and visitors, and a contest for decorating beautiful floats with rocket capabilities, dancing, contests, and competitions.
